Receiving Your Work

After your work is submitted to SpeakWrite for transcription, it is automatically routed to one of our qualified typists based in the U.S. and Canada who prepare your final transcription in the word processing software selected upon setting up your account.

There are two ways by which you can retrieve your completed work.

Email Attachment

Your work will automatically be emailed to you as a Word or WordPerfect attachment (as you have specified) upon completion. You may also request during the course of your dictation that a copy of that particular job be sent to an additional email address by stating "Please send a copy of this completed job to ___".

Web Download

You may also access your completed jobs and your original audio via your SpeakWrite account Personal Page by clicking 'Job Status'. [Please note: completed jobs are kept on our system for 90 days.]
